In order to make highly clear line alignment at quite long distance, it makes easy and quick line alignment for all industrial line measuring works. It is different from a red laser pointer. In continuous red line alignment work, owing to good use of metal heat sink cooling system and APC driving circuit board inside metal housing tube, it achieves excellent thermal emitting and highly stable red line alignment in long time use.
This 100mW red laser line generator applies separate crystal lens. It projects non Gaussian distribution red laser beam and highly fine red line in distance. It keeps work with the same brightness red line from middle part towards both ends, also getting no appearance of laser light decay or blur. When it makes proper installation and adjustment of both laser beam focus and red line projecting direction correctly, red laser module makes no mistake line alignment in all occasions effectively.
